All I did was connect the device; iTunes opens automatically. I left it open. I opened blackra1n. Clicked "Make it ra1n". That's it. Your iPhone should restart when it's done. Once that's done, look for the blackra1n app on you iPhone. Open it and install Cydia. I'm about to test it on a iPhone 3G, 16GB. I'll report here, if there's any issues. I can't get it to JB! It goes into recovery mode and is just hangs. iTunes gives me the option of fully restoring, but I shouldn't have to and I didn't. It does not take 30 seconds either.
