		<description>Ya, I had a bit of trouble yesterday, when I called them at 5pm , they said that they just heard about it a few minutes before....ha ha

I got them to add me to an open ticket so that perhaps I will get a credit...we will see.

I ended up turning off 3G for the night and had to surf on edge.....what a pain that was.

This morning, my wife&#039;s 3G phone couldn&#039;t find Rogers until I reset the Network settings...all is good today.

In all honesty, this is the first outage I&#039;ve experience with them, so I am not going to be too hard on them yet.</description>
